RETURNS

ScentAir Essence: ScentAir is confident that you will enjoy our scent products. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact ScentAir within fourteen (14) days of the date of your purchase and ScentAir will provide a refund or exchange. ScentAir will process qualified warranty return requests submitted up to six (6) months from the date of your purchase. ScentAir will process qualified return and warranty requests and provide an RMA number for your return, along with important instructions on how to return your product to us (ScentAir does not pay for or arrange return shipping). Failure to follow these instructions, including the placement of your RMA number on the outer packaging of your return shipment, may void our returns policy. 

Scent Cartridges, Scent Samples, Candles, & ScentStemsTM: Due to the nature of these fragrance products, all sales are final. In the event of damages during shipping, please call 888-269-8331 within fourteen (14) days of the date of your purchase.

 

RETURN/WARRANTY PROCESS

To start a return or warranty, call 888-269-8331 and have the following information available to provide to the Customer Care representative who takes your call:

  • First and last name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Product to be returned

  • Date of purchase

  • Receipt/Invoice #
