ScentAir Consumer Policies


ScentAir stands behind the quality of our products and we are confident they will provide you with a premium scenting experience.  Things aren’t always perfect, however, so if your ScentAir product has a defect, please contact us to start a warranty return of that product for a replacement or refund.  ScentAir will process qualified warranty return requests submitted via the below communication channels up to six (6) months from the date of your purchase.  You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting ScentAir before returning any product. The RMA number must appear clearly on the packaging inside when the product is returned to ScentAir. 


Delivery Claims

Tracking Your Package
We provide tracking information on all orders. Tracking data is provided directly from the carrier so you can track your package the entire way. Upon delivery, the tracking will show the package marked as “DELIVERED” by the carrier.

Receiving Your Package
Please make the necessary arrangements to be present to at the time of delivery. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the carrier will generally determine if your package can be left in a safe, secure place at your delivery address.

I Think My Package Was Lost Or Stolen. What Do I Do Now?
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the ScentAir Customer Care team and we will work with you to submit a claim with the carrier.

Subscription Cancellations
You must cancel a Quarterly, Monthly or Fragrance of the Month subscription within 14 business days of the next shipping date.


ScentAir is confident that you will enjoy our scent products.  If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact ScentAir via one of the communications channels listed below within fourteen (14) days of the date of your purchase and ScentAir will provide a refund or exchange.  Scent media (scent cartridges) are not returnable.  ScentAir will process qualified return requests and provide an RMA number for your return, along with important instructions on how to return your product to us (ScentAir does not pay for, or arrange, return shipping).  Failure to follow these instructions, including the placement of your RMA number on the outer packaging of your return shipment, may void our returns policy.

  • Product to be returned

  • Date of purchase

  • Receipt/Invoice #
